About RBSE — Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education

The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER), commonly known as RBSE, was established in 1957 and is headquartered in Ajmer. It governs secondary education across Rajasthan — one of the largest states in India — with over 30,000 registered schools. RBSE designs and finalises the syllabus followed in all Rajasthan schools and publishes official textbooks for Class 1–12 in both Hindi and English medium. Board exams for Class 10 and Class 12 are conducted every year in March, with results declared in June. All exams are conducted under CCTV surveillance at approximately 200 testing centers across Rajasthan. Students can download admit cards and check results on the official website at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
